Haylie's Health Problems

Dear Dr. Miller:

I wish to express my gratitude for the care you have provided to my family, specifically my daughter, for nearly four years now. I am truly amazed at how well she has responded to proper chiropractic care and and wonderful results in her health.

It is difficult for me to believe that when we first brought Haylie to you for care in 1998, I was being advised to consider surgery to insert a second set of ear tubes to prevent recurrent ear infections. When Haylie was approximately five months old she began to ahve ear infections, one after the other.  Following months of treatment with antibiotics taht left her immune system vulnerable, we relented and had ear tubes inserted.

The ear tubes did prevent further ear infections for a while. However, haylie then began to have respiratory problems. She continued to get sick frequently, often developing pneumonia and bronchitis. Our Pediatrician prescribed steriods and a nebulizer to be used every fours hours around the clock whenever she showed symptoms. It was very difficult time for her and for my husband and I as parents. We didn't know what to do to prevent our daugter from being sick all the time.

In December 1997, the ear tube that had not fallen out was removed from haylie's ear. She immediately got two subsequent ear infections. At that point my husband and i decided to consider other alternatives since, in our opinion, the approach we had been taking regarding health care was not optimal.

Family members and friends had suggested that we try Chiropractic care. However, my husband and i were not knowledgeable about it and frankly we were a bit skeptical. Then through a chance encounter we met you. Your background and specialty in pediatrics reassured us. The results have been beyond any expectations we could have had. Haylie has not had a single ear infection since she has been under your care. We were also able to discontinue using a nebulizer.

Nearly four years later, Haylie continues to be healthy and her immune system strengthed so that she is not susceptible to illness. Additionally, both my husband and I have experianced positive results with Chiropractice care that you have provided.
